SUP POLO

SUP Polo combines team sports, water games, and stand-up paddling, making it a great fun experience for both players and spectators!
You can play SUP Polo either on team boards or each player on their own board.

The new team sport SUP Polo is pure fun and a veritable workout – the rules are simple:
Two teams of four players compete on their SUP boards within the playing area on the water to throw the ball into the opponent’s goal as many times as possible using a paddle. The ball may not be played while kneeling on the board or in the water – paddling and throwing is only permitted while standing. The ball may only be moved with the paddle, not with the hands or feet. The game is fast, slightly chaotic, and extremely entertaining, as the opponents naturally try to prevent each other from making shots and must maneuver as skillfully as possible on the boards. Games last two 10-minute periods; sides are changed at halftime; in the event of a tie, the game goes into five minutes of overtime. Various types of fouls are punished with a goal for the opposing team, a free throw, or a time-out.
