The diverse water sport stand up paddling (SUP) is easy to learn and trains every muscle in the body. You stand on a large, stable board and move across the water with a long paddle. Fear of contact is unnecessary, SUP offers fun for every fitness level and all ages. It is particularly easy on the joints and you train balance and coordination while enjoying nature.
